30-Day Return Policy

At EdgeVenture Offroad, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Returns

• Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

Refunds

• Process: After we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you about your refund status.  There will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your return
• Approval: If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
• Time Frame: You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

• We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, email us at Edgeventureoffroad@gmail.com

Shipping

• Responsibility: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
